Shipping Policy


1. Preparing & Processing Time


We need 1-3 working days to prepare your order for shipment, unless it is a pre-order item. After receiving your order, we conduct quality control checks to ensure product quality before dispatch.

  • Average processing time: 1-4 business days
  • For popular items or orders with stock availability issues, processing may take 5-10 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods


We offer free standard shipping on most orders. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping days listed below exclude processing time.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 business days

Please Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

When will my order be shipped?


Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Holiday deliveries may be delayed by 1-2 days. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. If you experience a delay, please contact us at support@radiaint.shop. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without notice.

Pre-Orders


For pre-order items, we provide an estimated shipping date, but cannot guarantee an exact dispatch time. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will ship together once the pre-order is available.

Order Changes & Cancellations


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@radiaint.shop as soon as possible. You may reply directly to your order confirmation email. We are happy to accommodate changes if your order has not yet been shipped.

Lost Packages


Once packages leave our warehouse, they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Not all circumstances are under our control, and you are responsible for tracking your package and confirming delivery.

  • Claims for lost packages must be filed within 21 days of the order being shipped.
  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please email us with your order details, and we will assist with filing an insurance claim.

Where does my package ship from?


Our warehouse is based in the United States. Most orders will be delivered by a major domestic carrier.

How to track my order?


You can track your order status through your account on our website, or via the tracking link sent to your email once your order ships.

Delivery Restrictions


We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by customer error, including incorrect address, contact number, or consignee name. In such cases, we cannot process a refund. If you notice incorrect order information, please contact us at support@radiaint.shop with your order number and corrected details immediately.

Customs & Import Duties


For orders shipped within the US: no customs duties or import taxes apply.

For international orders: all shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items


If your package or items are damaged, missing, or you suspect damage upon delivery, you must:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  2. Contact us within 2 working days with photos of the damaged items and packaging
  3. Keep all original packaging materials for inspection
